St Elmo（圣埃尔默酒店）

Nice quiet place with friendly Staff, the room was small but ideal for 1 nights stay. The hotel was close to South Pier and local attractions including Blackpool Pleasure Beach. I would stay here again.

Very nice clientele, friendly staff and felt safe

Very basic, didn't rate the cooked breakfast at all for the money, I paid 7 pound each for breakfast for myself, my mum and 2 year old. As my 2 year old wouldn't eat a full breakfast I asked for sausages and some toast, they brought one sausage out on a plate, had to ask for more.

Lovely staff and although we only had breakfast on our last day it was really good and piping hot. Great location for the pleasure Beach, south pier and the sandcastle

I think it could do with being updated, it is very tired and our room was clean but definitely needed redecorating.

Staff was lovely, room was clean and drinks where cheap. Can't comment on food as we didn't eat there

The bed was comfy

The staff on arrival were not welcoming at all if anything it made me want to just leave ... it advertises free wifi however you have to sit at the bar in the lounge downstairs to get free wifi ... the room was beyond basic the bathroom was not clean and you had to sit almost sideways on the toilet to fit in the small box that was the bathroom ...

Nice quiet hotel, located right by the south pier. Friendly staff got us straight in.

I booked in for ground floor but sadly got top floor, there was bits on the bedding sheets and a few stains on the top of the bed. Other than that can’t fault it. £40 a night for 2 adults & 1 child was a bit steep but was a last minute booking. Would I return? More than likely.

The fact that staying here ruined our whole weekend! Tele worked on only two channels, shower was a trickle and the tray had stains and dirt ingrained. The bedside light was above our head, was broke and shone a bright blinding light above us in bed so this was never on. The rooms were smelly, hot and sweaty. This I could live with for the price but...... Paper thin walls and noisy neighbours made our stay on Friday that bad we woke up in a foul mood Saturday ( The main day ) just a bad day for each of us and bad mood the whole day and night made by this hotel and dreading staying the Saturday night! Saturday was even worse!!! Got woken up at 5 am by drunken neighbours singing as loud as they could in their room next to ours, this went on until 6am! I rang the owner at 5.30 to sort it out, nothing got done! We left Sunday morning so depressed that all the money we have spent over the whole weekend was just a waste because we enjoyed absolutely none of it due to this hotel! I stayed in the Albert in blackpool two weeks ago and it was bliss! It was that good we wanted to come back to blackpool ASAP unfortunately that hotel wasn’t available. Now we never want to visit anytime soon!!

Perfect location. Super friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to help their guests. Very clean and food of a good standard and great value for money. Entertainment in bar and £1 bar drinks was great. Will definitely return here in the near future.

Obsluga przyjemna, chociaz brak recepcji oraz osob do obslugi dalo sie odczuc. Lokalizacja obiektu jest super, blisko wszedzie.

Niestety nie bukowalismy sniadania a po przyjezdzie okazalo sie, ze nie ma wystarczajcej ilosci miejsc w jadalni zbysmy mogli sobie te sniadania dokupic... nie rozumiem jak moze byc mniej miejsc przy stole niz ilosc gosci w hotelu... No ale trudno, sniadania mozna kupic wszedzie dookola za bardzo dobra cene i smaczne. Pokoj malutki z najmniejszym tv na swiecie ;-) Czystosc oceniam na 4/6 gdyz lazienka niestety chyba nie byla sprzatnieta przed naszym przyjazdem....

Lovely stay staff and other holiday makers I lost my bag with aloe of money for me and a lovely gentleman wh said he is a regular kept it safe and returned it to me would not of happened in many other places
